Mastered over the years, Nic’s depictions of life’s joys, trials and relationships have long enchanted viewers. Deeply rooted in reflection, The Next Chapter 2026 is inspired by the embrace of the belief that the future is not separated from the past but rather informed by it.  

Exploring ambition and creativity, ‘Never Stop’ depicts two miniature figures standing in front of a structure built in Legos with the phrase ‘Build Your Dreams’. Joly’s humour is expressed with the slogan being slightly exaggerated - something between genuine inspiration and a tongue-in-cheek motivational poster. The artwork connects the idea of dreaming with the act of building, suggesting that dreams and ambitions can be reshaped over time just as Legos can be taken apart and rebuilt. Balancing optimism with humour, Joly uses simple imagery to reflect the creation of something meaningful.
